Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

Note: Customized or special-order pigments are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or partially used.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
  • Clearance or discounted items, unless defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photographs of the product and packaging via email at Support@jinoyal.com for a resolution.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the product is shipped. To cancel, contact us at +91 9289666435. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return.
